Vice President of Wholesale Fertilizer

Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc. (Stutsman’s), an established and extremely successful, diversified ag retail business based in Hills, Iowa is seeking its next leader of its wholesale fertilizer division.   This person will work with wholesale fertilizer accounts, captive retail accounts, and increasingly, large growers.   This person will have P&L responsibility for this division with compensation that will match the success of the business.

The successful candidate will have previous fertilizer purchasing experience and a solid working knowledge of the fertilizer business and companies.   Sales experience is highly desired and some knowledge of seed and/or chemical purchasing experience would be beneficial.   The successful candidate will be a team player and communicate with both internal and external customers/stakeholders.  Prior involvement in the Fluid Fertilizer Foundation or other fertilizer/retail industry organizations would be ideal.
