Since 1976,

Hedlin Ag Enterprises has specialized in retained executive search for agribusinesses and agricultural associations throughout the United States. Why has it endured since founded by Larry Hedlin? It’s our philosophy and dedication to strive to be the best, not the biggest.

What You Should Expect

We will protect confidential company information and trade secrets, only sharing with candidates if and when appropriate and with the clients’ permission.

We will keep you apprised of the search progress and will communicate with you at whatever level you desire. Likewise, we will contact you whenever any concerns arise about the position or the client during the course of the search process.

Your Best Interests First

We are accountable to you. Every engagement is important to us as we do not operate on volume. A satisfied client that would utilize our services again or recommend our services is our ultimate goal.

Your interest in a position is closely guarded and will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed once a candidate is presented to the client. No candidate resumes are presented to any client without the candidate’s consent.

Recruiters do not always have the best reputation for treating candidates well. As an executive search firm acting on behalf of our clients, we strive to treat candidates as we would want to be treated ourselves, and to represent our clients the way they would want to be represented in the marketplace.

We will be honest with our candidates. This includes both good and sometimes, uncomfortable information and feedback. Professionals want to be treated like professionals and we strive for that ideal.
