Reporting to a five-member, member-elected Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic and executive leadership for Consumers Cooperative and its approximately 170 employees. The CEO will be accountable for organizational performance, financial strength, operational excellence, talent and culture, risk management, member value, and long-term growth. The successful candidate will bring sound business judgment, strong financial acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, members, customers, the Board, and the communities Consumers Cooperative serves.
