Reporting to a five-member, member-elected Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic and executive leadership for Consumers Cooperative and its approximately 200 employees. The CEO will be accountable for organizational performance, financial strength, operational excellence, talent and culture, risk management, member value, and long-term growth. The successful candidate will bring sound business judgment, strong financial acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, members, customers, the Board, and the communities Consumers Cooperative serves.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Agriculture Cooperative Association (ACA), a newly formed regional association representing agricultural cooperatives across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, will report to a nine-member board of directors. ACA is being established to strengthen and support its member cooperatives through exceptional education, member services, and government affairs.
As the organization's first CEO, this individual will provide visionary leadership and oversee all aspects of the Association's operations. The CEO will be responsible for establishing the organization, implementing the Board's strategic direction, building strong relationships with member cooperatives and industry partners, developing programs and services, managing the Association's financial resources, and serving as the primary advocate for agricultural cooperatives throughout the region.
The CEO will play a critical role in preparing the Association for a successful launch, while positioning ACA for long-term growth and member value.
