The Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) at the United Soybean Board (“USB”) is ultimately accountable to and under the authority of the Board of Directors, comprised of farmer-leaders. The CEO is expected to work transparently and in collaboration with the Board and its various committees to develop and implement the Board’s vision for the strategic, operational, and
administrative functions of the organization in alignment with its regulatory and statutory mission to maximize the profitability and sustainability of U.S. soybean farmers. The CEO gives voice to the Board. The CEO’s performance and specific goals are reviewed and set yearly by USB’s elected Executive Committee.
Director of Sustainability
Iowa Corn Growers Association

This person will initiate and manage sustainability projects and innovative research that enables Iowa Corn to be an agricultural leader for environmental issues and cost-effective sustainable production practices. This individual will report to the Vice President of Research and Sustainability and collaborate with the staff and grower leaders to develop programs in connection with the Iowa Corn strategic plan, Board goals, committee goals, and Iowa Corn Growers Association® policy.
