Executive Director
Texas Corn Producers

The Executive Director provides day-to-day operational and strategic leadership for the Texas Corn Producers Board (TCPB) and Texas Corn Producers Association (TCPA), reporting to and working closely with their Boards of Directors. In partnership with Board Officers, the Executive Director sets objectives and tactics aligned with approved budgets and policies and leads staff to advance the mission of both organizations. The Executive Director must be located in the Lubbock, Texas area.
The Executive Director also serves as the Executive Administrator for the Texas Soybean Board (TSB) and Texas Soybean Association (TSA) so long as the annual contract continues with TSB and TSA.
This position requires work in government relations, public relations, program management, personnel administration, and fiscal management. The coordination of these activities is subject to the general direction of the Board of Directors. The employee should demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidence, and ability to conduct the functions of this position.
Upper Midwest Development Officer

The Upper Midwest Development Officer is responsible for leading fundraising and community engagement efforts across the Upper Midwest territory, which includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Montana. This role focuses on securing corporate sponsorships, grants, donations, and foundation support while building strong relationships throughout the agricultural community.
This is a funding goal-driven role requiring a highly motivated, self-directed professional who can develop and manage a full pipeline of funding opportunities while serving as a passionate ambassador for the Farm Rescue mission.

The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Farm Rescue and is responsible for the leadership, strategy, and fundraising of the organization. The President/Board will continue to work with Field Operations to efficiently deploy capital equipment to assist farm families, with the Executive Director leading the Field Operations Managers for all other assignments. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and leads a team responsible for fund raising, marketing/communications, volunteer coordination, and financial administration. The Executive Director works closely with the Founder and Board to advance Farm Rescue's mission while ensuring the organization remains financially sustainable and operationally effective.

The Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) at the United Soybean Board (“USB”) is ultimately accountable to and under the authority of the Board of Directors, comprised of farmer-leaders. The CEO is expected to work transparently and in collaboration with the Board and its various committees to develop and implement the Board’s vision for the strategic, operational, and
administrative functions of the organization in alignment with its regulatory and statutory mission to maximize the profitability and sustainability of U.S. soybean farmers. The CEO gives voice to the Board. The CEO’s performance and specific goals are reviewed and set yearly by USB’s elected Executive Committee.
