We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Plant Manager to work in and to take full responsibility and oversight of our facility in Cordova, IL. This position is responsible for all aspects of the plant including the P&L and budgeting responsibility. Managing plant operators, and partners with environmental health and safety manager as well as working closely with the commercial, finance and human resources groups in meeting the objectives of the plant. 

The Vice President of Market Development is responsible for the overall development, management and coordination of ongoing domestic and international market development programs and activities for the Iowa Corn Promotion Board and the Iowa Corn Growers Association, with special emphasis given to the areas of biofuels, exports, livestock/poultry feed demand, emerging uses for corn processing and new value-added businesses.

Additionally, the incumbent leads the Market Development Team, and as a member of the organization’s Management Team (reporting to the Chief Executive Officer), develops strategic business plans and objectives, coordinates functions and programs and manages business transformation strategies where programs and systems are complex and fluid. The position’s primary role is to be a contributing member of the Management Team, all while leading the Market Development Team through continuous internal and external changes that are inherent in today’s association/business environment.

The General Manager (GM) will report to a thirteen-member Board of Directors and will be responsible for directing, promoting, and coordinating the operations of Key Cooperative in a manner that will optimize Key Cooperative’s market share and profits, improve efficiency, and help achieve Key Cooperative’s mission and goals. The GM oversees the aggressive and successful growth of Key Cooperative through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Key Cooperative. The GM provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that Key Cooperative has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
