We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Plant Manager to work in and to take full responsibility and oversight of our facility in Cordova, IL. This position is responsible for all aspects of the plant including the P&L and budgeting responsibility. Managing plant operators, and partners with environmental health and safety manager as well as working closely with the commercial, finance and human resources groups in meeting the objectives of the plant. 

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a General Manager at Key Cooperative. The General Manager (GM) will report to a thirteen-member Board of Directors and will be responsible for directing, promoting, and coordinating the operations of Key Cooperative in a manner that will optimize Key Cooperative’s market share and profits, improve efficiency, and help achieve Key Cooperative’s mission and goals. The GM oversees the aggressive and successful growth of Key Cooperative through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Key Cooperative. The GM provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that Key Cooperative has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. To achieve the above objectives, the General Manager needs to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities personally or through subordinate managers.
